Camera help please

Anyone technical.

I have a kodak m340 camera/video thing and a bunch of videos on it. I have been shown how to put them on youtube from the camera but having problems, basically when I plug the camera into my computer modem nothing happens!

My compute also says its got loads of virus's and was fixed recently (so maybe destroyed the function). I'm rubbish at this and would appreciate any help!!!!

Btw have tried turning it off and on again

i would get avast antivirus and let it clean up your computer its a great antivirus software and its free too, also try plugging it in via usb and upload by choosing the camera memory card in my computer.
