Who drive through a residential area at 10.45pm beeping their horn like crazy!

You have nobody to pick up, there's nobody about, and no weddings...so therefore no blackening going on. So there is NO NEED TO BEEP YOUR HORN!

Especially considering that there are people trying to sleep, or trying to get their bairns to sleep.

Thankfully it doesn't happen often but since I'm hormonal I was really annoyed on this occasion! Couldn't see who it was though so no point in doing anything except rant...grrrr!

My sympathies! We used to have a young prat who used to ride round and round the village about 3 am, on his motorbike, revving it up Usually in the summertime when everyone had the windows wide open. Haven't heard him for a couple of years now thankfully.
