Aviemore Sled-dog Rally Jan 2009 - Anyone going?

Are any Dogsey members going to the sled dog Rally at Aviemore? If so are you competing and if so would it be possiblee to meet up with you tio meet your dogs?

It's OHs birthday and we are going up for 2 nights, just not sure whether to stay Friday night and Sat night or Sat night and Sunday night...any advice welcome.

Thanks, I'd have thought so too, but noone seems to be And we would love to have met up with some of the gorgeous dogsey Mals, Sibes or Samoyeds. Maybe someone else will reply nearer the time.

Sadly we can't make it this year There are 229 entries though so you'll find someone to talk to - I know lots of people who are going but none are members on here.

We are having to take ben with us, as mum no longer able to have him, but he will be fine either left in car or on lead but I suspect we willleave him in car with stuffed Kong and his bed and that will keep him happy for a while!! but have just booked a hotel In Newtonmore as there were no doggy friendly places left innb Aviemore, Surprise!!LOL

I'm sure they will It is a good idea to leave Ben in the car with a Kong when you go round and hug the Mals (they'll pay more attention to you that way rather than being focused on Ben ).
