Isn't it nice Home cooked food

When you have too much left over and freeze it and on nights you don't feel like cooking you can get it out, microwave it and hey presto

I am doing the kids spag bol tonight which I did a few weeks ago and had too much left over so froze it,I also freeze curries etc and rice.

I do more than I need now,so I can freeze it

I'm the same Sal. Every time I made a bolognaise, or other pasta sauce, or a curry, I always make double and freeze it. It's a great time-saver and wonderful when you really cannot be ar$ed to cook!

Whenever we do sunday dinner - I make too many roasties and too many yorkies so I can freeze them and just oven cook them for a few minutes when ever I feel like eating them, Aunt Bessie takes care of the mash...
