Phew, got 12/12, just as well as I do have a CIEH Level 2 Food hygiene certificate due to making food for club events.

Never hurts to be reminded of things you may have forgotton.

I scored 11/12 - the plastic chopping board tripped me up. I have no food hygiene certs. either, just age related experience and bringing up a family.

I got 9/12. I don't bother with use by dates, if it looks and smells ok I'll eat it. And in my world it's NEVER ok to serve meat that's pink in the middle Still prefer a plastic or glass chopping board over wood too.
