Many congratulations Lynn - I'm really pleased for you!

June - I brought my Kindle so I could make the letters larger if it was dim in there but I didn't do any reading! There was a dad there I knew so I sat with him.

The party was for a Filipino friend of Carys and oh wow, the food! There was loads of it and such a huge range of food too. I didn't expect to be fed at all, but didn't want to offend, as you do . Seriously, they kept producing more and more food so that the trays were never empty! Then they gave us more to take home.

Carys is completely stuffed. When Steve turned up to pick us up, they rushed up to offer him food too, bless them! We went to a Filipino child's party last year and it was the same.

So - no chance of losing any of that half a stone this week then and there's another party next Sunday! *Full tummy icon*.

Sounds like a successful party Linda especially if you don't have to cook this evening.

Definitely I really felt for them because they'd been cooking half the night!

Well, past time I wasn't here online, My big boy cat has just bounded in, redolent of Irish vegetation and fresh summer air, and is happy climbing all over the bed purring and treadling. Adoring face on him....

Blessings and peace to all out there....
