Never checked the b complex to see if it has yeast in, will have a look at the ingredients on mine, I get it from Asda.
Well still not hoovered my stairs, nor had a nanny nap, I need to do this......because despite it being my birthday, not ONE person has offered to come over and do it for me.
I've eaten a snickers bar and a bounty as well now, so suppose best go and work it off on my stairs.

Have had a look at the Asda B complex and there is no listing of yeast.
Stairs hoovered, have done a quarter of the top landing, have got girlies teas ready, they are having.......
