Sickening story of 'thinnest dog ever rescued by RSPCA'.....

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage...cle2039950.ece

The pic of him when he was rescued is quite horrific but there is an update piccie too, so it has a happy ending.

Sick, sick people, they were only given 4 week prison sentences suspended for a year.

Words fail me, that is so awful. Thank goodness he has been saved and will hopefully be well looked after now in a loving home.
Aaw I feel quite choked now

I can't look. But I'm delighted this story has a happy ending and the dog is now fine.

So that means that if they live within the law for a year they will get no punishment since a 'suspended' sentance expires after the time period given. Is that correct

That's no punishment, once again the legal sysem is shown to be joke.

I agree, Harvey.

They should be banned for life. The evil scum. They obviously don't like animals anyway if they can do this to them so, yet again, this isn't much of a punishment.
