Sorry for hijacking this thread for a mow, but, I have a joint of ham in the freezer (raw) it has been there for over a year, do you think it will be ok?

normally yes if it was frozen all the time shouldnīt be a problem pm Christine she would know ? donīt have to be sorry we are all there to help or not next time cook it then in the frezer

yes ian it will be ok,when you next want to freeze something wrap it up really well for freezing and write the date when freezing on it then you will know when you put into freeze but always wrap the meat up really well otherwise it can get freezer burn,i freeze all my meat rabbits,pheasants pigeons,and i have them in there for over a year and they are always alright
