miele - top of the range and can't really go wrong there

i have the dyson animal which does the job, but all my floors are wooden or tiles

advantage of the dyson is the dyson groom tool

I have the dyson pet they aint that great, the section on the main vacuum is great but the attatchement part has fallen to bits and is rubbish.

Miele def the way to go. 7 years of heavy duty use and still going strong. Not got the cat and dog version tho, my Ma in law has that one and tbh it's not any different jus more attachments.

well, I shall have to go for the miele next time I guess lol. I'm quite happy with the vax atm, it's doing what it needs to do. And as I said, if I get a year out of it for that price I'll be happy

to be fair they have recently updated the model for exactly that reason

this is why i bought it, along with the advantages of the groom tool (i have written a review of it in the 'reviews' section of the forum)

We have two of these as well, they are very good but the bags are expensive.
