I don't know, I love walking in the cold, as you never get the fair weather dog walkers... I just love both of these properties, knowing our luck they will probably both sell by the time we have made the decision!
Why don't you put both property details up and let us decide for you

but I take it there are buses otherwise not worth looking at, at all really

Well its a good few miles from here to the nearest beach and trust me when we go there at the end or beginning of summer, it is one mucky dog, one mucky owner, freezing cold winds.....but the woodland walk on the way is still gorgeous

We live in a rural place - a river just beyond a field, a lake 10 minutes away and a country park 20 minutes away (depends whether we are being walked or are walking the dogs though )

We have at least 100ft of garden for the dogs and virtually no neighbours atm.
The garden:

Well thats a good price for all that land and the conservatory looks handy for the dogs but I suppose its how it shines up next to the other one really.

Oh now I can see your dilemma! I love the garden and outlook of the rural but prefer the interior of the seaside one, and that has a great garden too!

Good luck!

well I prefer the livingroom layout in the sea side one and you still have plenty garden space so it would really have to come down to this; which one would you feel more gutted about NOT getting?

you should write a list of pros and cons for each one seperately and get OH to do the same then compare them?
