Are they completely stupid. My friend at school years ago go killed by one of them. It fired into his groin, lost loads of blood & died of a heart attack.
Why let it off when theres kids & dogs around? Mind boggles

I spent last new year's (2004-05) holding on to a dog that was trying to do exactly the same thing.. owner nowhere to be seen, I had to ring the number on the dog's collar and the owner just came and took her dog saying "oh, I thought she was with someone else!"

the TV show this was aired on had a "laugh track" running, and the category
on Zippy was "comedy".....
the guy in the clip had a very close call!
