Cameras are great we are thinking of putting one up out the back to. In case anyone decided to try to hop in through next door.
We will also be planting roses and spiky climbers along the back fence.
I didn't have to check the post box, saw an alert come up on my phone and it postie had been earlier so went to door opened top half lent out and got the mail.

Good luck with new neighbours Chris. We're the same pleasant if people are pleasant to us, I would rather be ignored than be pulled inot petty arguments.

Did we heck, Kelly. Had a 'to do' with the council about it but apparently it is down as going to a soak away. The fact it doesn't soak away is lost on them.

Will broach it with the new neighbours (nicely) when they move in

A simple rerouting of the guttering would take it to a fall pipe and into a drain. Hopefully the new neighbours when they come will be open to the suggestion
