Older NID Looking for a New Home

I do not know if I am allowed to put this link on?

http://www.oldies.org.uk/?p=22815
If not please remove. I came across this add and felt for this lad , I know it can be harder for older dogs to find new homes If the link gets removed , and anyone is interested google 'Chief Northern Inuit Rehome' and the link comes up.

Hope he finds a decent home soon.

Nes have you made the NIS aware of this. This is the dog from Dorset that was re-homed by NIS rescue a couple of years ago.

awe bless him, I hope hes not been passed around to much,

it does make me angry when people take on a rescue dog then when its not suitable they just get rid on there own and dont go back to the rescue, that said people do that to breeders as well.....

I have read elsewhere that he has had a few homes over the years, poor lad. I wish people would take dog ownership more seriously. Don't get me wrong, I do not know why he was rehomed , or why he is being rehomed now, but how many unsuitable homes can one dog have

His first home he was in for the most part of his life till he was about 7 or 8 but they did have a very genuine reason for re-home. His second home was in NIS foster whilst a forever home so his current home is is his 3rd which he's been in now for approx 2 years.

Very, very sad . So his next home will be his fourth. I would be mortified if my dog had to be rehomed , (infact other than if I died and it was out of my control, I do not see how it would happen), but then to find that the said dog was passed about so much would be even worse.
I agree Elaine, poor lad tugs at ones heart strings, lets hope someone decent comes forward for him soon.
