Brassed off.....

why is it to get the best deals on anything these days everyone wants a direct debit,I dont want to pay for something before I use it and I dont want them earning interest on my money
I cant get a new broadband deal or a new phone deal or a new gas/elec deal unlessI give them money up front Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

sorry just seems as if this is the way of things now
and why do BT charge you for giving you a bill ????me thinks they are taking the p,,,,,
