Reviews Section - Info and Rules

We often get members asking for a review section - so here it is Reviews can be as short or long as you like, but please keep the following rules in mind:

• Please add a prefix in the thread title, eg, Book: your_title_here
• Please make sure you have purchased the product or service yourself before posting a review.
• Please make sure that any claims made in your review are based on fact rather than hearsay
• Please only submit a review if you are willing to judge the item fairly and objectively. Do not use Dogsey to pursue a vendetta against any particular company, organisation or individual. If you do, we are likely to deem that abuse, and act accordingly.
• Please include a link if possible

If a company disputes a review:

• We will require the reviewer's full name and postcode/zip code, along with order details (such as invoice or order number). We will then ask the company/organisation to verify that the reviewer is or was a customer of theirs. If they claim that the reviewer was never a customer, a note will be added to the review on their behalf. You will then be free to pursue legal recourse for accusations of dishonesty if you so wish.
• Any company contacting us must do so via an official email address from their company's domain name - e.g. jo@thewidgetcompany.com.
• Companies may register an account to enter into dialogue with reviewers in an effort to rectify matters or for service recovery, but not to advertise their products or services.
