Trying to track a harrier breeder UK

Hi folks,

I'm a serving army officer who will be picking up
A desk job soon. To that end I really want to get a harrier
Hound pup to begin my time as a dog owner.

I fully understand that they can be a lot of hard work and
There are easier first time dogs out there, but having read
Up on characteristics and needs of the dog I'm confident
My active lifestyle and barracks location in the country side will suit the both of us

Can anybody help me identify a breeder or shelter even to
help me in the right direction

Welcome to Dogsey. Have you tried Googling 'harrier hound breeders'? It brought up a few possibilities.

The thread contains all the things I would suggest so I won't repeat it .
I would normally recommend contacting the breed club when searching for a dog of any breed but the Harrier don't appear to have one.
