my dad used to keep owls and kestrels .. he used to buy day old chicks to feed them . cut the heads and feet off and gice the bop what was left .. they are such majestic creatures great pics great to see someone caring for endangered wildlife

It was the plan and its for the best, but you cant help but get overwhelmed by them (or i cant )

Thank you Helena. Actually it wont (or shouldnt) stay in our area much longer. Soon the parents will make the babies leave and only the parents will
return next year.
We wont be feeding it anything. First because we cant just feed that (7 babies + parents - who gets what?), secondly because they are wild life and shouldnt get used to food being served.
Theres also the risk that us feeding it will delay their going away and therefore they could get in serios trouble if they dont make it away before winther kicks in.
We will just keep our eyes open for as long as we have them here and hopefully get a glimt of "our" falcon

Thank you Deefin. Ours have been fed mice and day old chickens aswell. But falcone eats it all, so no chopping there
