My So Called Perfectly Well Dog

I have never posted a video before so don't know if it will even work. but I will try.
This is Lilly after she was sent home with the vet for the first time, them telling me she was perfectly back to normal. She did get much worse than this, which was when I took her back. There was a constant stream of dribble from her mouth and she couldn't lay down, even though she was exhausted, and was panting hard constantly.

Honestly, how the EFF can this dog be diagnosed as OK?

Obviously in a lot of distress.....

How is she now, Bev?

Flippin' 'eck - that Vet should be struck off if such a thing is possible. Poor Lily, poor Lily.

The video actually makes her look better than what she was, in the flesh she was much worse and very distressed. You also can't see how dark red/purple her tongue and gums were and still are to some extent. Then think doubly bad again and that was when we rushed her back to the vets and were told to stop fussing there was nothing wrong, take her home and when she collapses take her to the emergency vet. Well why would she collapse if nothing was so called wrong.
Vicki she is not panting or dribbling now she is just laying there now staring into space, she is not quite as scared of us, and for a short while she looked like a glimmer was coming back in her and she might recognise us, but that has gone again and I just tried to take her outside to the toilet and she was scared out there.
Its horrible to see such a playful affectionate girl just cut off from the world it seems.

Poor girl, she looks so distressed. Can't believe the vet said she was fine. Keep us posted.

Gobsmacked is the only word that I can find. A blind man would be able to see how distressed poor Lily is! Poor little girl x

It makes me feel ill myself to see poor Lily so obviously distressed, and for a vet to say that she was fine is beyond comprehension.

Come on Lily - get yourself back to normal sweetie.
