My dad is quicker

Three young kids were arguing about whos dad was the quickest.

The first child says, My dad is the quickest, he can run 100meters in 11 seconds and can run a mile in under 4minutes.

The second child says thats pretty fast but my dad wallpapered all three bedrooms and lay 3 carpets in a day.

The first child says WOW that is fast, then the third child say, well my dad is faster than both of yours, he works for the council and finishes work at 5pm, but is home for 2pm.
