Leap year birthdays

I have been wondering as this year is a leap year , Do people born on a leap year only grow older every four years , Or do they age the same way as someone who celebrates there birthday annually every year .
And does anyone know of any people born on the 29 th of Feb ,
I think it would be very odd celebrating a birthday only every four years , Would love to hear everyones views xxdk

There was a lad I went to school with(year below)who was born on the 29th, he classed his birthday on non-leap years as the 1st of march as its the day after the 28th of feb, same as the 29th. He would be 7 today

My cousin was born on 29th Feb, he's apparently 5 today.

Myself I'm 36 until I dye my hair tonight, then I'm 26
