Went to see the other house an old railway cottage lady has had to go in a home. Been in her family for years it was her dads house and she grew up there he worked for the railways. Needed a lot doing but potential downside the back access for parking people go over your property. When gorden did google maps it looked like the house was the end one but its not so a no no for us with or without a dog.

Lynn just all the surveys now and legal stuff. At least it is vacant possession so no waiting for previous owners to find somewhere and move. Should be a fairly fast transaction from now on.
make sure you get all the certificates as for windows- boilers -electrics etc, that really is down to your solicitor to get them.

I can only forsee one problem. How are you going to get all of Dogsey members into it for the house warming party.
