I believe that this isn't a defo place for Dizzy yet. there is a major formality that needs to be crossed which is (as I believe) to be out of ACCs hands. Hence I'm keeping fingers crossed...

I saw Dizzy this afternoon and he looks so well :smt049

The 'man of the foster home' is getting impatient and wants him out now
