Food addictions

Are you enjoying something, perhaps a little too often right now?

Me? Honey!

Cheese!

I've always liked cheese, but i think right now it's becoming a problem. I went to the fridge a couple of weeks ago, and managed to count 10 different cheeses in there.

My name's Emma, and I'm addicted to cheese.
There - I said it

Do you know what? That's my second addiction! I have found a really nice organic goats cheese in Waitrose... they had it on offer a couple of weeks ago and I bought about 10 tubs (They are only small mind )

I've been eating them with... chestnut crispbread, zomg it's a match made in heaven. (Chestnut crispbread is gluten free hence I can have it)

I know you were talking to Emma, but yoghurt is my third! It's St Helen's Goats milk yoghurt. I put some blueberries in the bottom of a glass, top it up with yoghurt add some chopped hazelnuts, and sprinkle on some chia seeds and some cherry concentrate. Yum
