Oh no I know you didn't Kazz but if you're a nice person these things do make you question if you should pursue these problems.
It's between a rock and a hard place isn't it other people may fall for their bad practises and if you don't they get away with ripping people off.

The boiler guy could of killed us when he blocked off the outlet vent that couldn't be left.
This guy we lose £55 but as my brother said if you see him replying to people asking for recommendations give them the heads up.
His company isn't registered at companies house I have checked and he wants cash so probably claiming the dole and working when he fancies to.
I use the term working loosely, when I see how hard our Mark works and Michael also Gorden and he gets away with this I find it a bitter pill to swallow.
