Fingers crossed

Tomorrow is DDay. My application to continue showing Leo after his operation is up before the General Committee at the KC.

Apparently there is a strong possibility it will be refused so need lots of positive thoughts please.
Thanks

Jan

Hi all, many thanks for the good wishes I have a feeling I will be needing them. I am soooo nervous.

Chloe, Leo fell awkwardly down some steps at 10mths old, twisted his leg and ruptured his patella ligament (he weighed 58kg at the time so as you can imagine he went with a right wallop). Unfortunately the op is the same as for a luxating patella (which in effect is what his injury was, due to tearing the ligament his knee cap was no longer held in place and was flapping sideways). Apparently very few requests to show after luxating patella surgery are allowed. So we shall see.

It will be such a shame if permission is refused as he is my first show dog and had been doing really really well. But at least he seems to be healing well with no limp and that means more than showing ever will.

Jan
