The worlds smallest dog...

A Chihuahua in Puerto Rico has been crowned the world's smallest dog by the Guinness Book of Records.

Miracle Milly is 9.6cm high (3.8 inches), is about the same size as her owner's Great Dane's head, and weighs just half a kilogram.

The dog, which is almost two years old, lives with her owner Edwin Pollock in the town of Dorado.

The G Dane could give her a quick wash with no trouble!

Bella was 500g once upon a time! I remember when she weighed in at 750g and I was so pleased coz she was growing after being so poorly!

I'd hang a bell on that chi if it was mine. I'd be SO scared I'd tread on it! (and a flashing light just to be sure!)

Come to think of it it would then look rather sweet hanging on the Christmas Tree!

Chihuahuas are not daft they learn really fast to move so they don't get stood on. Betty even sleeps with us if anyone looks like they will lay on her she certainly lets them know in no uncertain terms to move back over PDQ.

Maybe one of those flags that you get on kiddies bikes too?

I stand on my 16kg thing - that little one wouldn't stand a chance hahaha
I've got rats in the freezer bigger than that

It becomes second nature to look where you are walking and sitting and as I said earlier they learn pretty quick to scoot out of the way.
