You can correct a boundary error look at the government site. Or apply to register the exact boundary. Suppose you have seen this already though

We know the boundary is right as the title plan, the plan to deed and the fact the fence was where it was supposed to be is all the same...they are looking at the roof, deciding that midway through the gulley is centre so the boundary but......the roof used to be flat, not pitched and why would they not have run the fence up the side of the porch instead? They are trying to do that to cover the fact they have overbuilt

Okay I am lost I think;

then why has your neighbour lost her parking if the boundary is right. Please be gentle with me in explaining if you feel the you can

My neighbour has lost her parking as there's a covenant that covers the shared drive, we were told that there was one bit nobody could park on and that nasty neighbours could only go in and out of the garage...turns out that the way the drive has been done in the covenant means they can drive all over it, right behind my house on land that I own and my nice neighbours and that none of us can park as it will impinge on his right to pass and repass

That's what his solicitor sent
And this is the one I got and it cost £35

The last 2 are different anyway..my one shows green all over the garages which in theory means he could drive into my garage and nobody could park

The covenant states that the green garage area is where you have the right to pass and repass with or without cars or livestock... stupidly it didn't state for him to have access only as far as his property!
You can also see on all documents that the fence line is perfectly in line with the porch wall...which has been the case since it was built, they have just ripped out the original fence as they said it didn't define the boundary and wasn't put in by them, they didn't know who did it....we do, the flipping developer in 1964
