Tummy ache?

my German Shepherd puppy is now at four months , she has been very active for the past week, but today ,late afternoon my puppy started to vomit everything she ate, she doesn't have any appetite to eat and her tummy keeps on gurgling .any of you know the medical condition involved in this situation.is it a cause for any alarm ?, im really worried

she ate the whole day before the vomiting occured
-dog food (beef pro)
- boiled pork leg bones
- drank plenty of water

With such a young puppy, I would be at the vet by now. I don't know what the dog food is but I would be concerned about the boiled pork bones. It sounds as though she has a blockage and needs urgent attention.

Agree totally with five dogs, see Vet urgently in case bones have caused a blockage

Cooked bones are BAD for dogs. Not only can they splinter whilst being eaten but they are difficult to digest and can cause blockages.

If you do give your dog bones they should ALWAYS be raw. Mine get raw chicken wings, chicken or turkey necks and pork bones or pigs trotters.
