Healthy, hearty veggie food

help meee. I got on the scales today and this face happened - haha.
I'm writing my shopping list for the week, and what healthy food that will warm me up and not full of fat etc can i try? I've got a nice sounding bean stew, but am having a complete blank!

I've got loads of tofu to use up so anyone who knows anything nice i can do with that, let me know!

Emma I make a roasted vegetable lasagne which is delicious particularly when served with a crisp green salad

This is a very similar recipe ,
http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1...etable-lasagne

I split it into small portions and freeze it uncooked,
it freezes well and I serve with lots chopped fresh basil on the top ..

Veggie chilli.

Veggie stew - carrots, tomatoes, parsnip, sweet potato, tin toms, puree garlic onions etc. etc.

Broccoli soup - broccoli, spud, onion, herbs and garlic, blended and re-heated with cheese (optional). Eat with a big hunk of whatever bread you like.

Butternut squash soup - similar to above.

Sweet potato curry.

You could try going Paleo for a while - that will usually help the pounds fly off

Here are some of the recipes I've posted in the last year or two

My favourite dish so far!
My first Vegan dish!
Omg I just made something, and it... tasted ok!
What should I cook in my new casserole dish?

(A mix of all sorts really, even a vegan one in there )

Palaeolithic diet

Meat/fish/veg/nuts/seeds/berries - no grains/legumes

Basically what our ancestors ate
