Another food topic!

They are making me hungry!

Thought it would be cool if we shared what nice meals we'd had recently, not least cause it might help for those times youre starving and don't have a clue what you fancy!

I had a veggie sausage and canillini bean casserole last night, going to have the left overs in a baked potato tonight. Yummy!

I had part steamed part baked and part boiled veg and some roasted chicken thighs

Simply put the chicken thighs on a tray in the oven, then next to it in a covered casserole dish, put your veg and half fill with water - 45 minutes and it's ready. I like it because it is quick and easy, just 5 mins to prepare

I haven't had any dinner yet.

When I do I will be having grilled salmon with salad.

Last night we had turkey chilli - just onions, turkey mince, garlic, kidney beans, tinned tomatoes, chilli powder and tomato puree. .

No chips!

Oh dear I have let the side down had chips tonight with cod in butter sauce and sweetcorn.

They were oven chips.

We had "dogsicksoup" again. We have developed a taste for it now (basically all the leftovers zapped up together!)
