Meet our new rescue pony, lots of work required.

this is pippin, who arrived yesterday. he will take a lot of work, and the vet is worried about his chances of survival, but we will give it a go.

OMFG Poor Pippin.. look at the state of his feet. I really hope he makes a full recovery. I dread to think how he's ended up in that state.
Good luck and please keep us updated of his progress.

Oh my word - I don't think I've seen anything like it! How on earth do you even begin to correct those feet? He's really beautiful - I wish him all the best.

Hope you have a good farrier, poor Pippin, how long since he saw a farrier do you think?

You certainly have a job in front of you - hope it works out for the poor pony - such a kind face too.

Poor, poor thing

I really hope you manage to get him sorted. What is it that's making the vet worried about his chances? Just his feet or are there other problems? I don't know a thing about horses but even I know that his feet haven't been looked at in a long, long time! Poor thing

Hope you manage to get him sorted - I wouldn't like to think about how you'd go about doing it or how long it'd take, but good luck xx
