Thanks brenda not holding my breath awful person to deal with.
Biding my time if he hasn't refunded in the 14 days given in the official letter I will refer back to trading standards and leave a bad review which he did say when he phoned on or around the 7th of this month if I left a bad review he would get his legal team onto me.
I did point out legally if I had received bad service I was entitled to leave a bad review so bring it on.

Have a good rest of afternoon peeps and evening.

most people don't know this but you know how you can claim back off a credit card, you also can off a debit card too, my brother is high up in banking and he told me, the banks don't often let you know...if you get really stuck I can ask him what you need to do...I am sure he won't mind me interrupting his holidays lol
Brenda, sorry you couldn't sit outside, I wouldn't dare take either of mine to a beer garden...it would be chaos lol
Kazz, hope your aches go away soon

Achy shoulders are you still lifting paving slabs Kazz ?
I did know about credit cards griff not about debit cards. It's not a huge amount £24.93 it's the principal more now. That amount down in Dillons food budget plus having to search internet and pet shops such an annoying inconvenience. Plus he was damned rude which really got my back up.

My brother is a nob...he told me before you can get money back...he now says if you haven't authorized the transaction they have to give it you back...or credit card above £100. If he doesn't give the money back, share his details and I will leave a poor review lol

That's how Steve feels about the glass in the kitchen..I wanted a glazier just to come and do it but he said it's purely the principal...they broke it, they should replace it

I miss my boy so much. He was fabulous when I sat in anywhere like a pub garden, on a train or bus or taxi so its best for me to avoid places with bad owners. Learning to keep my mouth closed. Not easy sometimes. bg!! I agree Lynn it is the principal and annoying. Catchup tomorrow. Night all.
