Good morning all. My knee is kaput. I know I have trouble walking all the time but at the moment it is almost impossible. I keep trying Deep Relief and Volterol but it is not doing anything. I think I have put it out of joint!

Anyway I hope you and yours are all fit and well and your four legged friends are all ok too.

Griff, Thankfully I still have my walking frame. Steve bless him has come to the rescue and walked Amber. That's a bonus.

Moyra you need to get yourself checked out. If you have put it out of joint, things will only get worse until you get it sorted out. I'm glad that Steve has come through for you this morning. I hope he keeps it up and gives you some time to get yourself right x

About bloody time he stepped up, i still think you should get looked at.
Just called the kitchen company, 9 weeks still not done and I have said Steve's fed up, he wants his key back...he says oh he can have the key back....errrrmmm how are the workmen going to get in? He said he can't take a man off a full fit to do our snagging! He said it will be this week so I said it will be finished this week?? He said yes..so I told him it better had as I am contacting the managing director of the company, I found his name all ready

Moyra, you really do need to get the knee looked at, two years ago I had a terrible pain in my knee, Doc took one look and sent me to A&E where they found it was Sepsis which can be nasty if not treated. I'm not saying it's the same in your case but you do need to see the Doc.



Well sun is out here so I'm going into the garden to see what needs doing, not saying it will be done but I can make a list and share it with SWMBO

Brenda, I will send healing thoughts for Ice. It is so sad when the poor mites cannot tell you they feel unwell. I have managed to walk Amber a short way this afternoon, he just said take it steady and take your phone with you. I took my freeze spray with me and gave it another spray as soon as it got impossible again. I think I may have to go to A and E. We'll see.

Griff that kitchen firm is the limit.
