Ouch! Blooming back

I've been on the verge of back pain for a while, when you know somethings going to give!
Well this morning I got up and was scared to sit down again in case something 'went'.
I can feel pinching in my lower back and it's starting to go down one leg so I've come home, had some tablets and off to bed in a bit.
I have an appointment at the osteopath tomorrow morning.... ouch!
I know what she'll say, too much work and too much stress.

Fed up.
