Depends if you are full time or part time..........
Indeed. That's is you work 5 days a week. Part time workers are pro rata.

This is what's written in Baz's "contract" so he's jiggered really...... just would have been a nice gesture from the company....

The site that Baz is currently working on have told him they are open on the 29th.

Baz said he was going to ask his company "if this site is open, why can't I work"........ I went the opposite way, and told him to wait and see if they ask him to work, and then tell them to shove it....

28 days leave is quite generous, I think I'm entitled to about 22 - so add the bank holidays on and it works out about the same. Don't know what Baz's holiday allowance but most places are generally the same.
Baz gets 28 days inclusive of BHs, so a measly 20 without.

Even my lowest paid staff get 25 plus BHs
