Emma's Chicken breast Special

take a chicken breast per person, slice a 2"- 3" hole in the middle, sprinkle chopped Leek, chopped Bacon & salt & pepper inside the holes (and over the top depending on how much you'd prefer) ,cover and cook until chicken breast is ready, then grate your favorite cheese over the top and pop back in the oven until melted

i do something similar with garlic bacon and cheese in the chicken my kids love it
