swollen eyes?

Hiya

I have got up this morning to find my dalamtion has swollen eyes. It`s underneath her eyes...looks like she has been partying all night and not slept for years. Her actual eye balls are a little bit red but nothing major.
I have put in some doggy eye drops but wondered if anyone had had this happen the thier dog?
Any advice would be great

It could be a number of things, e.g. conjunctivitis - I would get her seen by your vet
