My dogs bladder stones help!!

So i took my dog to the vet because he was peeing a little blood, turns out he has bladder stones and something else wrong with his hip, i guess he was born without some bone or someting and it will cause severe arthritis. He is only like 5 years old and never had any problems running or anything. I was told surgery for just the stones is like 1200$, and maybe i can try a dietary food perscription but i may now work. I wanted to see if anyone can help me figure out what i should do. Here are the photos of the Xrays please let me know if these stones look large. my dog is a mix of pomeranian and something else hes small prob like 20-25 lbs not too big.

Hi..my Bailey, a Bichon, had 14 bladder stones and had the surgery. There are two types of stones, and this breed is very prone to them. I am not sure what kind of dog you have. Bailey was peeing blood also, that is how I knew something was wrong, otherwise, he was running around. Some dogs are prone to these and they can come back in time also. Discuss everything with your vet.
