Entering Shows On Line

Never entered on line so when a friend asked me what happens with signature on entry form I had to say I didn't know.

Is it waved?

I enter some agility shows on line and you have to confirm your acceptance of the conditions at some point in the procedure before you can proceed so I would think it is just a 'given' that it counts as a signature. I assume breed shows are the same.

I have entered several breed shows on line, you just need to confirm the T & Cs included.

So yes, it is waived.

Its much easier too, it even tells you which classes your dog is eligible for!

It is easier to enter on line, there is a fee £1, and some of the societies charge a further fee if you enter beyond the date that paper entries close (rip off as far as I can see).

You will have to print off your passes, they are supposed to send you an email when they are available but for some reasons I never seem to be notified!

You only have to enter your dogs details once then when you next enter you just select the dog you are entering.

I always enter online when I can, ok you do pay £1 but you don't need a stamp or proof of posting, as you have email confirmation.

Yes some rip off shows charge more if it is past the post entry date but I would still rather do online and there is rule you have to wait till the last day like me.

I much prefer entering online - I don't have a cheque book with my account so have to get postal orders - a real pain.

And best of all you have email confirmation - so for Crufts didnt' panic at all with the late arrival of my passes! And any queries I can bring the email up at the show

It depends on which show you are entering you usually use one or the other.
