Lovely morning here. Bedding to wash and Barry has the dentist later this morning for a check up so whilst he is there will take Teazle along the seafront.

Harvey hope you are ok today and Griff did you have the injections in the knees?

Think that's what I need I keep rubbing volterol in but it doesn't do much for the torn ligament in my right Knee.

Nice sunny breezy day here today.

Got our wallpaper for the chimney breast most of what's needed to be up is up ready for the fire surround to be fitted later when it arrives.

Harvey everything crossed for you that you need no more chemo that it has done the work it should and that the tests are not to invasive.
griff ouch Gill had her knees drained once many years ago when she had Lupus which funnily the chemo knocked out when she started that for the cancer.
She was in agony and vowed no one would be going near her knees again with a needle and they didn't.
She mostly strapped them up.
Hoping they feel less sore today.
Sue Teale looking well and lovely to see.

Yes Moyra, injections into the knees..my right knee is fine, my left one....oh my days, I am in agony!! I hope it will wear off soon

Afternoon Sue.
We got out yesterday to get the wallpaper without trouble from Dillon and fire surround arrived today by 10am. Gorden popped out to get some drill bits bought this fancy one that has ended up having to have the end cut off due to it having wings and getting stuck in the upstand.
So that wasted 2 hours.
That bit is now sorted and on and now the second upstand is about to be fitted then the mantel.

The surround is now in but we need to finish the papering and tidy the fireplace.
Relaxing for now after a rather trying afternoon. It was meant to be a speed drill the irony being for us it wasn't.
Would of been if we had wanted it to go right the way through.

DIY never goes to plan Lynn...well not here anyway lol
