Meet Rex



Rex is a 5-month-old Border Collie who is looking for a new home because his previous owners work full-time and felt it was unfair leaving him home alone all day.

Sweet natured Rex knows all the usual commands, is very responsive, toilet trained, well-behaved and can be left alone for a few hours without problems. He loves to learn and is a delight to train. A very friendly boy who enjoys meeting up and playing with other dogs on his daily off-lead walks in the park. He also enjoys a game of football or playing catch with a tennis ball. He gets on well with children of all ages and is instinctively gentle around little ones. When he’s not playing, he likes to cuddle up next to you on the sofa to receive affection and tummy rubs.

Rex’s new family will extend his training, putting in the time and effort to continue bringing this sweet boy up. They will have owned dogs before and will have knowledge of Collies, knowing how much mental and physical stimulation they need. A home where he’ll be treated as part of the family, included in their daily activities and be provided with an endless supply of toys and love. He would happily live with sensible children, another dog and/or a dog confident cat.

Rex is looking for a perfect new home, a home where he will be loved and cherished for the rest of his life.
