Not good news.

Breagh has "Torsion. Gastric dilatation-volvulus (GDV)"

For those that dont know, (and that was me 1/2 hr ago)her stomach has turned sideways in her body.

She's being operated on now.

Blimey a genuine vet emergency, bloat in any dog is serious, lucky you were so vigilent Phil. Definate food and exercise changes from now on. Best of luck with her.

Thinking of you, hope she hasn't had this condition too long. I'm sure the vet will have explained all the relevant possible effects.
Hope there is no lasting damage to the gut.
