Pictures of my addition Layla

After the pain of losing Barney & Poppy so close together I didnt think I would ever feel like getting another cat as the pain is too incredible when they go.
But after a sudden phone call from Cats Protection on Sunday what was I to say but yes to this beautiful little girl.

She is 11weeks old and was born from a feral cat so has not had much contact with humans. She is so sweet though and stands up to my two NI's no problem. They are actually scared of her.

This was taken on her first night with us. Is this not the biggest smile you have ever seen?

I have always wanted a grey cat so my dreams have come true. Sunday we were going to go out and buy a new tent, we got a kitten instead. So no holidays for me this year. But would rather have this little lady any day.

Im so happy

She is faabulous-story, and looks of Het's william!!
She really has something in those eyes to say "I've been here before....."

She is beautiful Luz, she looks just like my Pixie that I had about 18 years ago, although unfortunately I only had her for 18 months as she got hit by a car

Ooh she is gorgeous. She is the spitting image of our family cat Luna. We lost her a couple of months ago after 14 years.

Thanks Doggydina, I agree the grey is a stunning colour. I think she has the biggest smile ever. She doesnt cry at all. I thought the first night I wouldnt get any sleep, but she curled up next to me all night. Bliss

Aww Foxy thats so sad, I lost one of my cats in a road accident, its so painful, we moved straight after.
