We are very sorry but unfortunately there was a pricing
error on the site, and we are unable to fulfil these orders.
In some instances the products have actually been despatched
and may be received. If this is the case you are welcome to
keep the product and you will be charged at the price at
which you ordered.

If, however, we have cancelled your order your account will
be refunded in due course. Please note that the refund of
1 GBP per unit can take up to 4 weeks to appear on your card
statement.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Disgusting that it can take up to 4 weeks for a refund, when it was their error!

I got the same e-mail last night - was not happy and so fired off a "disgusted" e-mail to Tesco immediately.

Bit late a week down the line to say they will not sell it to you.
As far as I was concerned I had a contract with them, along with a contract (order) number. If I had bought it in the shop they could not have come to my house a week later to ask for it back. It is their mistake and they should just take it on the chin. They are a big organisation and this does not really do any good for customer relations.

It is a shame it does not work the other way - say if they had not given me enough change - I could not go back a week later and demand that they correct it!!

i went to order one but couldn't get one went to look a few days ago and they are meant to cost £24.99 trust me to miss out i hope you all manage to get yours chekky gits trying to cancel the orders
