It's their own fault, they bought without checking what they were getting...I don't think they viewed the property, they have built without checking boundaries.. just assumed and keep telling me that I don't own any of the drive when the title deeds clearly shows I do, as does my neighbour as does their neighbour. The solicitor and land registry would not state that I own stuff edged in red if I didn't. It's fine, we will go to court, we tried to do it friendly but they refused to accept it, refuse to accept the land registry deeds that the solicitor supplied, they will just look silly
