New Newfie so it will be back to the status quo of 2 four legged friends in the household. I hope he settles well. Good luck getting to Ipswich and back ok.

Hi Kazz, no not tried Sainsbugs ones. If I am ever up there I will buy some. Our nearest is a few miles from here so it would mean a bus if there is one going that way. Haven't started the shredding yet. Been reading and now on here looking at dogs in rescues. Breaks my heart to see so many. Ah well must away. Sun is still shining but I can't sit out as nextdoor has a b b q or should I say smokey fire hazard. bg!!

I hate it when our neighbours start up their BBQ's as they never seem to clean them first and they are so smelly. If it is a lovely day then it means having to keep windows and door closed, as I say I hate it!

I don't mind bbq's, I always check if my neighbour has her washing out and if she does I give her a call and tell her so she can get the washing in...ours is gas so you light it, cook and then that's it, she can pop her washing back out in half an hour...only time I get annoyed is if I having washing out and my neighbour didn't tell me so I never bothered telling them
Kazz, sorry you were disappointed with the garden...it is annoying when you think something is going to be great and then you find that actually it's nothing like you thought
Brenda, my friend runs a rescue and she takes dogs from the pound, she has loads of staffies and she has a blue staff mix boy, I know I can't have him but boy....that boy is beautiful
Finally the doggies are going to sleep!! It's only taken all day
