Suddenly Not Eating Can Food

For two days now, My beagle who is an adoptee with an estimated age of 11 to 12 years has stopped eating can food.
He will not eat his treats either. these are Pupperoni sticks and maro treats. So I started feeding him table food which is scrambled eggs mixed with pieces of pork chops and he eats this with some hesitation and will finish it all.
I been feeding him "Taste of the Wild and Wellness" can foods mixed with some Wellness dry foods up to now with no problems. I am thinking the cans may be spoiled from exposure to high heat and may need to toss them out.
So I went to a different store to purchase more of the same and my dog still would not eat it. So I had to feed him eggs and pork again, which he ate.
So why would he eat table food and not top rated can food?
Any ideas?
Also If I am going to feed table food until this is resolved, then what foods will my beagle eat with no problem. Will feeding him extra peas and carrots cause problems? I was giving him 2 tablespoons at each meal.

He'll eat table food as it has a higher value, my lot will manage some table food if they've just scoffed their dinner.
You said he ate it with some hesitation though so maybe his mouth is sore, have you looked? If mine are offered scrambled eggs it doesn't touch the sides.
They can eat most veggies cooked or raw, but no onions and no raw potato.

This is uncharacteristic behaviour for a Beagle - I think I would be booking an appointment with the vet if his appetite does not improve very soon.

I prepared some table food this morning consisting of pork, eggs, peas & carrots and vegetarian beans and he ate most of it and left a bit of the peas & carrots uneaten. Now I am beginning to think that giving him fresh food would be cheaper then the 5 star can and dry food. I was spending $68.00 per month for his food and I think by preparing table food, then the quality will be better and maybe cheaper in cost. I have not worked out all the details but the menu I am planning to use would be:
Chicken one day, beef the next and then pork after that.
Vegetables would be a choice of green beans, carrots, potato's, vegetarian beans and brown rice.
The meat can be cooked and frozen in advance and the veggies would be can type which makes it easier to store rather then filling up my freezer space.

This afternoon, I gave him some pupperoni and maro snacks and he ate them. That's good news as he did not want them for 2 days.
This afternoon, I will see if he will eat his can food.

Try mixing the canned food in with the cooked a little at a time.

How long have you had him?

I had him for 6 years. He was estimated to be 5 years when I adopted him.
This afternoon, he ate about 1/3rd of his can meal. So I will try your advice.
