Tonight on X Factor they showed Shooting Star Children's Hospice. This is about a mile away from where I live. I've been in there, it's truly a fabulous place. I'm so pleased X Factor is supporting it with proceeds going towards it from the winners CD. I believe Simon Cowell is one of their patrons.

LG, I'm writing the sequel to that book lol.
I'm with you Griff, wouldn't know what to do with a 2 legged baby I'm much better with pups and you only have to keep them a couple of months!
Eileen you'll certainly have your work cut out when your daughters 'litter' arrives. Is the maintenance contract on your washing machine up to date lol!
Fancy Dillon being mistaken for a bear Lynn. Usually they get called Beethoven don't they. Understand your worries about Gorden being in London. Both my brothers work there along with several of their kids. I won't go near the place. The last time I did it was to go with my Mum for a hospital appointment. We were on the tube and it stopped in between stations and the (lady) driver walked back through the carriages saying there was 'a problem'. Never found out what it was but it panicked me.
Hope your back improves June. If mine plays up I use Voltarol cream and a Tens machine.

I've just heard a great song that takes the mickey out of Christmas. See if you can google it somewhere for a listen, it's called "Merry Christmas you suckers" by Paddy Roberts. Hilarious.

The doctor gives me some stuff called Phorpain which is 10% strength prescription only and that is really good, also got co-codemol as well. Most of my pain is self inflicted, if I was boring I would sit here and wouldn't hurt, but then I wouldn't do anything I wanted to do. I already have had to give up my horses, so nothing, repeat nothing else is going without a massive fight from me
Eileen, gosh the Argos catalogue can really change your life can't it
