Lunch has been devoured and everything cleared away
Tall son and son in law have been the loft so the Christmas decs are ready to go ..... as soon as I can find the energy
Brians knee has cleared as quickly as it started. I think it was the threat of the doctor/cherry stuff. He just will not take anything

Afternoon all - pleased to hear that Brian's knee has improved Nippy, as you say, must have been the threat of that cherry stuff.
Glad you enjoyed your socialising June and that the weather stayed fine for you. Soggy dogs and slutch are nobody's idea of a good afternoon!
Eileen - that reindeer jumper is a must for Griff - it'll stop her going all Scrooge-like on us. Perhaps one of those halos on a bit of wire (as seen on school nativity plays) would complement her outfit, not to mention cheer her up a bit.
See your OH has taken off (unbeknowingly toting his spy-cam) hope he is good as gold in Hamburg.
Thinking of reindeer - we are having venison for dinner this evening, so if you see Santa's sleigh and one of Rudolph's mates has only got 3 legs - you'll know who the guilty party is!
Back in a bit, bye fer now.
P.S. I can recommend a bit of Xmas reading for you Twix, can't quite remember what the book is called but it begins with the words "Marley was dead". lol !

I stopped liming Christmas and birthdays when my grandad died, also with a family with alcoholics in it Christmas meant booze and arguments, also with me not liking my dads family it was very difficult and then when I had to have diez pts the day before Christmas eve I just totally stopped bothering...I have no interest in it at all.
Lol at Brian getting better with the thought of having to take a tablet...brilliant
Awwwww poor Bambi getting munched for LG's dinner
Poor Conor having his under crackers padlocked lol....how is your mum doing now Lacey?
Lynn, I think you are right, probably just me struggling to shake off a bug
TW, good you got to training with Zenith, I think I may stop until after Christmas....I just managed a 5minute walk with each dog and it near killed me, the sweat is pouring out of me
Drags was naughty as well, ran up to another dog....she went on the lead and we came home...in future if she has to be walked in the dark she can stay on her lead

Everyone sorted out and I've just got their washing up and then do their veg ready to do their brekkies for tomorrow.
Found some more tshirts to iron, but not going there, am just about OK now I've had a rest this afternoon with painkillers.
Gone really cold outside, felt quite mild this afternoon, but if it means cold and no rain, thats fine by me. Will be off out for shavings in the next couple of days, I've opened the last bale already. If it remains dry though it won't be used as fast
Glad to hear your mum is doing well, Eileen. LOL at padlocking OH's undies
Nippy, Brian is certainly on the ball isn't he, one mention of tart cherry and he is well. Just the decs to put up now, and if he flags you can mention tart cherry and he'll speed up again
Griff, its not worth the hassle letting anyone offlead when its dark, something always goes wrong, hoping you shake off this virus
LG, throw some venison this way please. Will be ordering more venison necks when I do my order this week, big tray of them has lasted ages, Zen had the last one for her tea last night, Kesh doesn't like them though.

Good evening all.

Griff, I do hope you feel better soon.

Watching Jungle book on Channel 4. The original Disney one. "Now I'm the King of the Swingers, a jungle VIP, I've reached the top but had to stop and that's what's bothering me!" I love the Disney old animations. Still got most of them on VHS from when my son was a babe.

Hope everyone is well as can be.
